Self-service account deletion is not yet available during early access. Requests are handled directly.
How to request deletion
Email hello@iskha.app from the address connected to your Iskha account with the subject “Iskha data deletion request”. We may send a private confirmation link to verify the request.
What the request covers
We will identify your Profile, sessions and personal account information. Shared chapter content may involve other members, so we will explain what can be removed, anonymised or retained as part of their shared record before completing the request.
Timing
We will acknowledge the request and explain the next steps. Some limited records may need to be retained temporarily for security, billing or legal obligations.
